CHICKEN PESTO PIZZA

Ingredients

  • one pizza dough ball (see recipe)
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 2 cups grilled or blackened chicken

Steps:

  • Roll out pizza dough to 10-inches
  • Add pesto sauce
  • Thinly slice roma tomato and place on pizza
  • Add chicken
  • Top with Parmigiano-Regginao cheese
  • Slide pizza into oven and onto Pizza Stone
  • Cook pizza for about 8 – 10 minutes
